By the end of the AI-Experience Pilot, you’ll know exactly the value that Coveo can drive for your business once deployed. Likewise, it allows the Coveo team to assess fit through a short-term simulation. The aim is to enable both parties to make an informed decision to proceed.

Once collected, the data will be held in Coveo’s Cloud Organization for the purpose of the AI-Experience Pilot evaluation and accompanying business value assessment and will be deleted thereafter. Termination of the AI-Experience Pilot can be requested at any time

A Coveo beacon placed on your site will record events such as page views, clicks, and add to carts in order to fuel our machine learning models. In parallel, the beacon will send product information from the website back to our platform to build the product catalog. The product catalog can be built via the beacon, or a provided JSON, RSS feed or sitemap

The AI-Experience Pilot evaluation can be shown for different key elements of your site experience. It includes:
