Executive Team

Louis Têtu

Chairman and CEO, Coveo

An award-winning entrepreneur and business executive with 30 years of experience in international technology businesses; Louis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coveo Solutions Inc. (TSX:CVO), a global provider of artificial intelligence powered business solutions for ecommerce, customer service and workplace applications. Prior to Coveo, Mr. Têtu co-founded Taleo Corporation, a leading international provider of cloud software for talent and human capital management, listed on NASDAQ in 2005 and subsequently acquired by Oracle for US$1.9 billion in 2012. Mr. Têtu was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors from the company’s inception in 1999 through 2007.

Prior to Taleo, Mr. Têtu was President of Baan SCS, the supply-chain management solutions group of Baan, a global enterprise software company. This followed Baan’s acquisition of Berclain Group inc., which he co-founded in 1989 and where he served as President until 1996.

Mr. Têtu serves on the board and human resources and corporate governance committees of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (CircleK) as well as the board of PetalMD, a leading cloud applications provider in the medical sector. He previously served on the board of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services inc. Mr. Têtu is involved in private equity across multiple business sectors.

In 1997 Mr. Têtu was honoured by Université Laval for his social contributions and business achievements. He has twice received the Regional Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was a National winner in 2021.

Mr. Têtu lives in Québec City, Canada. He is an Engineering graduate from Université Laval in Québec City and a commercially licensed helicopter pilot.

Laurent Simoneau

Founder, President and CTO, Coveo

Laurent Simoneau is co-founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of Coveo, a position he has held since 2011. Mr. Simoneau served as Chief Executive Officer of Coveo from its incorporation in 2004 until 2011. Prior to Coveo, Mr. Simoneau was Chief Technology Officer of Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he oversaw Copernic’s product strategy and directed the research and development of core technologies. Mr. Simoneau also served as Chief Operating Officer at Copernic during which he successfully orchestrated the spin-off of Copernic’s enterprise search software division in 2005 into what is now Coveo. Mr. Simoneau holds a Master of Business Administration from the Université du Québec. Mr. Simoneau served on the board of directors of Qohash Inc., a data security software development company, until May 2023.

Brandon Nussey

CFO, Coveo

Brandon Nussey is the Chief Financial Officer of Coveo. Prior to joining Coveo, Mr. Nussey was Chief Financial Officer of Lightspeed Commerce (from 2018 to 2022) and oversaw Lightspeed’s IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and subsequent listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Mr. Nussey was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Lightspeed in May 2022 and held this position until joining Coveo. As Chief Operating Officer of Lightspeed, he was responsible for the operational execution of the business in its finance, operations, HR, legal, IT, payment, finserv and acquisition integration functions. He also led Lightspeed’s key strategic business partnerships and helped drive the successful execution of Lightspeed’s financial services strategies.

Prior to Lightspeed, Mr. Nussey was Chief Financial Officer at D2L Inc. (TSX: DTOL), a SaaS-based education technology provider. Mr. Nussey also held a series of roles at Descartes Systems Group (TSX: DSG and NASDAQ: DSXG), a multinational technology company specializing in logistics and supply chain management software and cloud-based services for enterprise customers, advancing to the CFO position in 2004. He was Treasurer and Board Member at the Loran Scholars Foundation from June 2016 to September 2022, and currently sits on the board of Thinkific Labs Inc. (TSX: THNC) since March 2021. Mr. Nussey is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Sheila Morin

CMO, Coveo

Sheila Morin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Coveo. Sheila joined Coveo in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Brand. Prior to joining Coveo, Ms. Morin was the Chief Marketing Officer of Loop Industries between September and December 2020, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group on an interim basis from 2019 to 2020, where she oversaw branding, marketing strategies, fan engagement, social media, consumer experience, consumer intelligence as well as advertising and content. Ms. Morin was a Senior Director at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, a live entertainment company, from 2017 to 2019, Senior Director at Danone, a food and beverage company, from 2014 to 2017 and held various positions at L’Oreal during her tenure with it, in Montreal and Paris, from 2002 to 2014. In her role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Brand, Ms. Morin is responsible for the Company’s brand platform globally, including brand image, message and narrative as well as corporate marketing and communication. With her career spanning over 20 years, she has extensive experience in marketing, branding, strategy and sales. Ms. Morin has a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC – École des Hautes Études Commerciales.
Chelsea Finnemore

Chief Human Resources Officer

Chelsea Finnemore is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Coveo. Prior to Coveo, Mrs. Finnemore built and led the HR function at Lightspeed Commerce for 11 years, growing them from 18 colleagues in Montreal to more than 1,000 employees globally. Lightspeed was a venture-backed company that underwent multiple rounds of funding, a number of acquisitions and is now publicly traded (TSX/NYSE:LSPD).

Mrs. Finnemore built and led the recruitment, compensation, talent management, and other HR functions for Lightspeed, served as a member of the executive leadership team, oversaw the people integration of multiple acquisitions in different geographies, and helped design and transmit Lightspeed’s unique company culture.

For the past four years, Mrs. Finnemore has works as a strategic advisor to promising technology startups and high-growth companies in Canada and the US, with a focus on implementing world-class HR processes, team culture, and growth strategies.

John Grosshans

CRO, Coveo

Mr. Grosshans is Coveo’s Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Grosshans has more than 30 years of global sales management experience in numerous SaaS verticals, including most recently cloud and applications. Prior to joining Coveo, Mr. Grosshans acted as Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President, Prisma Cloud at Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), where he led global sales for Palo Alto Networks’ cloud native security solutions. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Mr. Grosshans served in senior executive positions with AWS, Oracle, SAP and Avaya, among others. Mr. Grosshans joins Coveo with a stellar track record, having successfully led companies to US$1B+ of revenue in four instances, led global sales teams of 600+ across all go-to-market functions, and having held a critical role in a number of corporate development initiatives throughout his tenures, including nearly ten acquisitions.
Patrick Martin

EVP, Global Customer Experience, Coveo

Patrick is the Executive Vice President, Global Customer Experience at Coveo where he leads Coveo’s customer experience teams globally. This includes all services, support, customer success and technical account management operations, working closely and in conjunction with product teams, sales and account management teams. Patrick was previously General Manager of Service Solutions at Coveo, after spending 4 years leading the Technical Support team.

Patrick has been in the technology industry for 25+ years, working in various domains such as telecommunications, human capital management and relevance platforms. His journey in Support Services started back in 1999 as a Support Analyst, and he has not left support since. During his spare time, he likes to play hockey, tennis, drums and most of all, spend time with his family.

Nicholas Goode

CBO, Coveo

Nicholas Goode serves as the Chief Business Officer at Coveo. In his role, he helps to prioritize Coveo’s organic and inorganic strategic growth objectives and investment priorities to ensure alignment of the company’s operations with those objectives, all through the lens of driving growth and shareholder value. This includes leading Coveo’s corporate development, investor relations, and strategic planning functions, as well as quarterbacking a number of cross-functional initiatives such as Coveo’s OKR program. He joined Coveo in July 2020 and previously served as its Chief Corporate Development Officer until August 2023. In this role, he worked closely with the executive team to assist with corporate strategy, M&A, partnership, joint venture, investor relations, and capital markets activities.

Prior to joining Coveo, Mr. Goode held the positions of associate, senior associate, and principal at Evergreen Coast Capital, a Menlo Park, California-based private equity firm, between January 2016 and April 2020. While at Evergreen Coast Capital, Mr. Goode helped to oversee existing investments, and also identified, evaluated, and executed new acquisition and investment opportunities. Prior to Evergreen Coast Capital, Mr. Goode was an associate at Genstar Capital, a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Mr. Goode has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated Magna cum Laude.

Karine Hamel

SVP, Finance, Coveo

Karine Hamel, CPA, CA, is Coveo’s Senior Vice President, Finance. Ms. Hamel joined Coveo in 2017 as Director of Financial Reporting, before being promoted to Vice President, Finance in 2018. She has held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance since January 2019. Prior to joining Coveo in 2017, Ms. Hamel was a Senior Manager – Audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global provider of industry-focused assurance, tax and advisory services. She held senior positions on large audit accounts managing extensive teams with team members from around the world. As the lead of Coveo’s finance team, Ms. Hamel provides leadership and vision on the financial affairs of Coveo. Ms. Hamel holds a Bachelor in Accounting and a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2005.

Nick Bowles

Managing Director, EMEA, Coveo

Nick Bowles is the Managing Director, EMEA, for Coveo. In this role, he leads the team responsible for building a successful presence in this key area. Before Coveo, Nick served 25 years in leadership positions, from VC-funded startups to public companies. These fast-growth organizations spanned a number of technologies, including CRM, service, HCM, sales engagement and cyber.

Outside of work Nick can be found enjoying sports and outdoor activities of all kinds and lives in London with his family.

Peter Curran

GM, Commerce

Peter Curran is the General Manager of Commerce at Coveo. Over the years, he has worked across various eCommerce business models, categories, and company sizes. Peter co-founded and acted as President and Head of Sales for Cirrus10, a Web Content Management and Ecommerce Technology consultancy. Cirrus10 was acquired by Lucidworks in 2019. At Lucidworks he served as GM of Commerce, SVP Go to Market, and CRO. Peter then managed his own strategic consulting firm, implementing and tuning Constructor.io and OpenSearch. With 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, Peter has dedicated the last 15 years to enhancing product discovery across diverse industries, use cases, and platforms.

Management Team

Marc Sanfaçon

Co-founder and SVP, Technology, Coveo

Marc Sanfaçon is co-founder of Coveo and Coveo’s Senior Vice President, Technology, a position he has held since joining Coveo in 2004. With approximately 30 years of experience in application development, much of it in search, Mr. Sanfaçon is also responsible for Coveo’s cloud operations. Mr. Sanfaçon is involved in developing apps that make search pervasive throughout organizations. Previously, Mr. Sanfaçon held the role of Director of Technologies for Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he directed the development efforts for Copernic’s core search technologies. Prior to joining Copernic, he held the role of Senior Software Developer with the Berclain Group Inc., a leading provider of supply chain management solutions.

Richard Tessier

Co-founder and SVP, Products

Richard Tessier is co-founder of Coveo and serves as the Senior Vice President, Products at Coveo, a position he has held since 2008. With 20 years of experience in the search industry, Mr. Tessier has a keen understanding of how search can improve business processes and outcomes and has applied this knowledge to developing applications. Prior to his role at Coveo, Mr. Tessier was Director of Software Development at Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he oversaw the enterprise search software division. In 2005, he played a key role in the successful spin-off of this division into what is now Coveo. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Laval University.

Alain Bouchard

SVP, Services, Coveo

Alain Bouchard serves as Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Technical Support at Coveo. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for integrating Coveo in the most complex customer IT ecosystems, and supporting those customers throughout their use of Coveo. Prior to joining Coveo, Alain worked for 17 years at CGI where he held various leadership and management roles. Alain led numerous teams, small and large, supporting many customers in the achievement of better business results through information technology.

Earlier in his career, he served as a communications and electronics engineering officer in the Canadian Army. Alain is a graduate of Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston (Ontario) where he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).

Outside of work, Alain enjoys golf, travelling and cooking. He lives in Quebec City with his family.

Martin Laporte

SVP, R&D, Coveo

Based in Paris, France, Martin Laporte serves as Vice President, R&D, managing multiple distributed software development teams and playing an integral role in the development and growth of Coveo.

With over ten years of experience with the company, Martin has been involved in several major projects that have shaped Coveo into the industry leader it is today, including our transition to a Cloud platform, integration within Salesforce, and many other core Coveo components.

Martin is a polyglot programmer who still regularly contributes to Coveo's platform. A Canadian expat who mastered the French accent, he enjoys cooking, running, and discovering new parts of Europe with his two daughters and his dog.

Michael Jepsen

SVP, Sales, Coveo

Michael Jepsen serves as the Vice President of Sales, East at Coveo. In his role, he manages a team responsible for enterprise account sales. His expertise is building a team of Account Executives who will represent Coveo well and act as trusted advisors to their clients and prospects.

Prior to Coveo, Michael has 25 years of experience in various managerial and leadership positions, including eight years at Oracle as the area vice president of HCM Application Sales, as well as other leadership positions at Vastera, Inc., Plateau Systems, Workforce Solutions and IBM.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Michigan State University, along with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Michael enjoys skiing, rowing, and outdoor activities of all kinds.

Mike Raley

SVP, Growth Operations, Coveo

Mike Raley is SVP of Growth Operations at Coveo. In his role, Mike leads a team responsible for managing cross-functional go-to-market programs, and works closely with the entire Marketing team to continuously improve practices and processes that drive efficient, scalable growth.

Mike has twenty years’ experience working at high-growth B2B companies, in a range of leadership, marketing and operations roles. Mike joined Coveo in 2011 and previously served as SVP, Global Marketing. Before Coveo, Mike was a Marketing Director at Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer contact software. At Aspect, he led a team responsible for demand generation, field and customer marketing programs and events. Mike also served as Marketing Director for the e-discovery software & services division of FTI Consulting, and at Sapient, where he held operations, sales support and event marketing roles.

Mike lives in New York City and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut.

Nicolas Pelletier

SVP, R&D, Coveo

Coveo’s VP of R&D, Nicolas Pelletier, brings extensive analytical skills in both functional and technical challenges. Nicolas is a seasoned manager and is passionate about talent management and recruiting, algorithms, process improvement and improving client satisfaction.

Nicolas appreciates new challenges that will push boundaries and is constantly looking for ways to enhance how Coveo customers, partners and employees engage with its solutions.

When he’s not working, Nicolas enjoys running, tasting wine and spending time with his family

Priscila Garcia

SVP, Global Account Management, Coveo

Priscila Garcia is SVP of Global Account Management of Coveo. With over two decades of experience in enterprise software, Priscila has a proven track record of driving substantial growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Coveo, Priscila worked at PTC overseeing a global book of business of more than $350m as well as leading new logo acquisition for the SLM International business. At ServiceMax, Priscila worked as the VP of Global Account Management at ServiceMax responsible for customer success, retention and expansion teams. Priscila’s earlier roles include leadership positions at GE Digital and Alfresco, where she honed her expertise in sales strategy, digital transformation and cross-cultural team leadership.
Anne Thériault

VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary

Anne Thériault is Coveo’s Vice President, Legal, CISO, DPO and Assistant Secretary. Ms. Thériault joined Coveo in 2014 as Legal Counsel, and was promoted to Senior Director, Legal in January 2020. She has held the position of Vice President, Legal, since January 2021 and was given the additional titles of CISO and DPO in June 2022. With three certifications in data privacy issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, she leads the teams responsible for Coveo’s legal affairs and cybersecurity strategy. Ms. Thériault has been actively involved in the completion of several rounds of funding and secondary offerings, Coveo’s Initial Public Offering on the TSX, Coveo’s acquisition of Tooso, Inc. and Qubit Digital Ltd. and the negotiation of credit facilities. Ms. Thériault graduated with honors from Laval University’s Faculty of Law. Upon completing her law degree and a semester at Schulich’s School of Law at Dalhousie University, she went on to work at a prestigious law firm before starting her Master of Business Administration at Laval University. Ms. Thériault serves on the board of directors of a cleantech incubator, 2 Degrés.
Jérémie Ste-Marie

VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary

Jérémie Ste-Marie is the Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary of Coveo. Mr. Ste-Marie joined Coveo in 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Director, Corporate and Commercial Legal. In his capacity as Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Ste-Marie oversees all of Coveo’s functional legal areas, including corporate, commercial, privacy, compliance and employment, and personally leads all corporate, capital markets and governance matters from a legal standpoint, in addition to acting as Corporate Secretary for all Coveo entities. Prior to Coveo, Mr. Ste-Marie worked in the corporate department of Stikeman Elliott LLP in Montréal and New York, providing strategic advice on a wide array of high profile capital markets and corporate matters, including cross-border IPOs, follow-on offerings and buyback/capital allocation strategies, privatization transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, equity/debt investments and other strategic matters. Mr. Ste-Marie currently sits on the listings committee of the Toronto Stock Exchange, serving a three-year term. He holds a bachelor of laws (LL. B.), a juris doctor (J.D.) and a master’s in comparative business law (LL. M.) from the University of Montréal and is a member of the Québec Bar.
Jann Harrison

VP, Solution Engineering, Coveo

Jann Harrison serves as the Vice President of Solution Engineering at Coveo. In her role, she is responsible for managing a team of experienced solution engineers, all with deep product knowledge, who help our customers find the best solutions and outcomes for their business needs. Jann has expertise and experience in building successful pre-sales teams, focusing on providing positive business outcomes for their clients and prospects.

Prior to Coveo, Jann has over 20 years of experience in various managerial and leadership positions, including 10 years at IBM with Watson Customer Engagement, as well as other leadership positions in companies providing digital engagement and digital marketing solutions.

Jann holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Queen’s University, a bachelor’s in Education from Western University, along with a diploma in Computer Science from iti. Jann lives in Boston and outside of work Jann enjoys outdoor activities including skiing and hiking.

Rob Rathwell

VP, Customer Success, Coveo

Rob Rathwell serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Coveo. In this role, he leads a team of customer success professionals who partner with our customers to ensure they are achieving the business outcomes they expect, while maximizing the value of our relationship with them. Rob has been a part of high-growth B2B companies for more than 30 years, in progressively expanding customer facing and leadership roles. Prior to joining Coveo, Rob most recently spent 11 years at Kinaxis, a B2B SaaS company and world leader in providing supply chain solutions. At Kinaxis, Rob led the Customer Excellence team where he pioneered the refinement and evolution of the Kinaxis customer journey, and the creation and expansion of the internal teams that supported it. Through his career, Rob has also held roles in Research and Development, Professional Services and Program Management. Based in Ottawa, Rob loves the outdoors, especially when spending time with his family. He has a passion for baseball, which he nurtures by staying involved with competitive youth teams in the Ottawa area. He can also be heard around many a campfire in the summer, where he pretends to be a guitar player and country singer.
Seamus O'Riordan

VP, Global Alliances , Coveo

Seamus O'Riordan serves as Coveo’s Vice President of Alliances and Partners. Seamus works closely with some of our largest global alliances: SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow as well as Global SI partners such as Accenture, Deloitte etc. Seamus has more than twenty years’ experience working at high-growth B2B companies in a range of leadership, sales and operations roles. He began his career as a Management Consultant with EY Consulting working with some of the leading global B2C consumer brands such as : Kelloggs, Kraft Heinz, Apple, Coca-Cola and Philip Morris International. He currently lives in Ireland with his wife and two children.
Sébastien Paquet

VP, Machine Learning, Coveo

Sébastien Paquet obtained his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at Laval University in 2006. Subsequently, he worked as a computer consultant for 8 years, mainly on research and development projects in the field of military intelligence. He worked on several types of technologies related to knowledge management and decision making: natural language processing, machine learning, operations research, and automated reasoning. Since 2014, Mr. Paquet is leading the machine learning team at Coveo developing algorithms to improve information retrieval, recommendations, and personalization. His recent interests and work are in the areas of machine learning, large-scale usage data analysis, and natural language processing.

Simon Langevin

VP, Product, Coveo

Simon Langevin is Coveo’s Vice President of Product, Coveo for Commerce. Mr. Langevin joined Coveo in 2013 as a support specialist for the Coveo for Sitecore product. His willingness to "solve problems at the root" took him on a journey through highly technical territories, where he became a Sitecore certified developer and eventually a Sitecore technical MVP. Through that journey, Mr. Langevin built the Coveo Solution Architect practice, which increased the technical enablement level of the Coveo partner ecosystem and increased the overall quality of Coveo implementations. He became a product manager in 2017 for the Coveo for Sitecore product, and by 2019, started to build the Coveo ecommerce practice, for which he became the product director. His knowledge of the ecommerce ecosystem and the success of the Coveo for Commerce product led to the acquisition of Qubit. Mr. Langevin was a key player in the due diligence process and a main contributor to the joint product strategy. Mr. Langevin is a bachelor’s in business administration and holds a certificate in computing from Laval University. He also studied international business in South Korea and China. He was highly involved in the start-up movement in Quebec and Montreal in the early 2010's as an organizer for the Startup Weekend program.
Patrick Lavergne

VP, Business Development

Patrick serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Coveo. He leads a global team responsible for identifying and managing market opportunities. Together, they collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to bring AI at every Point-of-Experience across the world’s leading enterprises.

Patrick has twenty years’ sales experience working at a mix of mature and high-growth companies, in a range of leadership, consulting and operations roles. He holds a Master’s degree in corporate strategy from HEC – École des Hautes Études Commerciales.

Based out of Montréal, he enjoys playing tennis and hockey, as well as traveling the world with his family.

Ann-Marie Darrough

VP Partners & Alliances North America, Coveo

Ann-Marie joins Coveo as VP of Alliances. She brings a wealth of experience in the software industry, where she has excelled in leadership roles, building and scaling high-performing teams in professional services, sales, pre-sales, and channels to drive revenue. Over the past decade, she has specialized in e-commerce, martech, and AI at IBM, Acoustic, and most recently, at Bloomreach. Originally from Vancouver, B.C., Ann-Marie now resides in Southern California.
Alex Mahr

Director ANZ, Coveo

Alex Mahr serves as the Director, ANZ Region at Coveo. Alex is an innovative and driven leader, characterized by a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, global marketing acumen, and extensive experience in the APAC market. He demonstrated exceptional sales achievements, strategic proficiency in navigating emerging technologies such as AI, and a proven track record in leading diverse, cross-cultural teams to success.

Prior to Coveo, Alex has over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem, including 10 years at IBM's Watson Customer Engagement business unit and it's spin-off Acoustic. Alex has been recognized as a thought leader in integrating AI & ML into marketing, delivering keynotes at various conferences and serving as former Head of Strategy.

Alex holds a master's degree in Economics and International Marketing Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He speaks fluent English, German and is improving his French. Alex loves to surf, collect vinyl records and spend time with his partner Kerstin in the ocean.

Alex Dassa

VP Business Value & Global Enablement, Coveo

Alex Dassa is Coveo’s Vice President, Business Value and Global Enablement, having joined Coveo in 2021. In this role, Ms. Dassa oversees both the Strategy & Business Value Advisory practice and Global Enablement function. The Strategy & Business Value Advisory practice works with Coveo’s customers to establish their strategic AI-Experience roadmap, estimate its business impact and demonstrate the business value realized. Ms. Dassa also leads the Global Enablement function, responsible for enabling all Coveo teams, customers and partners in attaining targeted levels of AI expertise. Ms. Dassa has 20 years of experience in establishing business strategies, operational excellence and leading transformational programs. From 2005 to 2014, she served a multitude of industries as a management and strategy consultant with Accenture. As a part of Accenture’s Canada Executive Team, Ms. Dassa led the Business Analyst practice and led Accenture Canada’s strategic planning while leading transformation programs for the global Fortune 500. Following this, Ms. Dassa led two business units simultaneously at Pratt & Whitney (launching and leading their eCommerce business unit while managing the Innovations business unit serving the aftermarket). She then joined AtkinsRéalis (previously, SNC-Lavalin), leading the development of corporate and business unit strategy for its executive team and Board of Directors. Ms. Dassa has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, where she graduated with Distinction.
Lisa Grayston

VP Commerce Operations

Lisa Grayston is General Manager of Commerce at Coveo. As GM, she has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of our fastest growing line of business, bringing together all teams within Commerce and ensuring full cross functional alignment both within the business as well as with our most strategic partners. A data-centric leader with a strategic growth mindset, Lisa was previously Director of Product Strategy in Research & Development and joined Coveo through the Qubit acquisition in 2021. Alongside Commerce expertise, she brings extensive experience in Supply Chain, Med-Tech, Fin-Tech, Procurement and Mergers & Acquisitions, having previously held roles in companies ranging from Start-ups to Fortune 25. Lisa lives in London, United Kingdom and outside work, enjoys outdoor adventures with her Basset Hound, playing tennis, sailing the open seas and Scottish single malts.

Louis Têtu

Chairman and CEO, Coveo

An award-winning entrepreneur and business executive with 30 years of experience in international technology businesses; Louis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coveo Solutions Inc. (TSX:CVO), a global provider of artificial intelligence powered business solutions for ecommerce, customer service and workplace applications. Prior to Coveo, Mr. Têtu co-founded Taleo Corporation, a leading international provider of cloud software for talent and human capital management, listed on NASDAQ in 2005 and subsequently acquired by Oracle for US$1.9 billion in 2012. Mr. Têtu was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors from the company’s inception in 1999 through 2007.

Prior to Taleo, Mr. Têtu was President of Baan SCS, the supply-chain management solutions group of Baan, a global enterprise software company. This followed Baan’s acquisition of Berclain Group inc., which he co-founded in 1989 and where he served as President until 1996.

Mr. Têtu serves on the board and human resources and corporate governance committees of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (CircleK) as well as the board of PetalMD, a leading cloud applications provider in the medical sector. He previously served on the board of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services inc. Mr. Têtu is involved in private equity across multiple business sectors.

In 1997 Mr. Têtu was honoured by Université Laval for his social contributions and business achievements. He has twice received the Regional Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was a National winner in 2021.

Mr. Têtu lives in Québec City, Canada. He is an Engineering graduate from Université Laval in Québec City and a commercially licensed helicopter pilot.

Laurent Simoneau

Founder, President and CTO, Coveo

Laurent Simoneau is co-founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of Coveo, a position he has held since 2011. Mr. Simoneau served as Chief Executive Officer of Coveo from its incorporation in 2004 until 2011. Prior to Coveo, Mr. Simoneau was Chief Technology Officer of Copernic, an early leader in desktop search, where he oversaw Copernic’s product strategy and directed the research and development of core technologies. Mr. Simoneau also served as Chief Operating Officer at Copernic during which he successfully orchestrated the spin-off of Copernic’s enterprise search software division in 2005 into what is now Coveo. Mr. Simoneau holds a Master of Business Administration from the Université du Québec. Mr. Simoneau served on the board of directors of Qohash Inc., a data security software development company, until May 2023.

J. Alberto Yépez

Managing Director, ForgePoint Capital

J. Alberto Yépez is Managing Director of ForgePoint Capital, a Silicon valley-based venture investor, a position he has held since 2015. He is also Managing Director of Trident Capital, a Silicon valley-based venture capital firm, a position he has held since 2008. He joined Coveo’s Board in 2008. Mr. Yépez serves on the board of directors of certain private companies. Mr. Yépez has a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, computer science and electronic physics from the University of San Francisco and attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in Lima, Perú.

Prior to ForgePoint Capital and Trident Capital, Mr. Yépez was a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in building global businesses and leading them to successful exits. He has more than 25 years of experience in growing innovative, industry-leading technology companies and has served on the board of directors of various companies, including two public companies. He was founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of enCommerce, co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Entrust (ENTU) and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Thor Technologies, and held senior management positions at Oracle and Apple. In addition, Mr. Yépez worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Warburg Pincus, served as Executive Chairman of a Bain Capital portfolio company, and was a consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense as part of the DeVenCI Initiative.

Shanti Ariker

Chief Legal Officer, JFrog

Shanti Ariker is the Chief Legal Officer at JFrog, a company that enables a fast flow of secure software delivery through its universal, hybrid and multi-cloud Platform. She has more than 20 years experience working internationally with high-growth companies in Canada and the United States. Prior to JFrog, Ms. Ariker was Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Zendesk, Inc., a customer support software provider, for three years. Ms. Ariker also served in senior legal roles at Salesforce,Twilio and Autodesk. Ms. Ariker received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
Fay Sien Goon

CFO, AppFolio

Fay Sien Goon is the Chief Financial Officer of AppFolio, Inc., a provider of cloud-based business software solutions, services and data analytics to the real estate market, since October 2021. Prior to joining AppFolio, Inc., she held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at ServiceNow, Inc., a global enterprise software company that delivers digital workflows, from March 2019 to September 2021. Prior to serving as Chief Accounting Officer, she held a variety of senior finance roles at ServiceNow, Inc., namely the positions of Vice President, Finance and International Controller from August 2017 to March 2019, Senior Director from August 2016 to July 2017, Director from May 2014 to August 2016, and Senior Manager from December 2012 to May 2014. Before joining ServiceNow, Inc. in December 2012, she served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, a public accounting firm. Ms. Goon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Delta State University, as well as a Master in Accountancy (Financial Reporting) from The University of Alabama. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and Georgia. 
Isaac Kim

Partner, Lightspeed Venture Partners

Isaac Kim is a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, which he joined in 2024. He joined Coveo’s Board in 2019. Prior to Lightspeed, Mr. Kim was a Senior Managing Director at Elliott Investment Management and a Principal at Golden Gate Capital where he led investments in enterprise software. Prior to that, he was a consultant at Bain & Company. Outside of his professional career, Mr. Kim serves on the board of YANA Ministry, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of orphans and children in poverty as well as ScholarMatch, a non-profit dedicated to making college possible for underserved youth.

Mr. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Valery Zamuner

Business Executive and Corporate Director

Valéry Zamuner is a business executive with over 20 years of experience as a corporate strategy, risk management and legal executive. Ms. Zamuner was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs and Legal Officer of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc., a North American telecommunications conglomerate, until 2024. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a convenience and fuel retail company, from 2021 to 2023, after occupying the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2019. Prior to joining Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., she held the positions of Senior Vice-President of Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Initiatives for Stingray, a music, media, and technology company, from 2017 to 2018 and Executive Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of WSP Global Inc., a professional services firm providing engineering and design services, from 2013 to 2017. Ms. Zamuner has a Bachelor of Law degree from Laval University and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University). She is a member of the Québec Bar.
Gillian (Jill) Denham

Business Executive and Corporate Director

Jill Denham has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and brings a diverse skillset to the Coveo board. Among her past roles, she was head of the Retail Bank at CIBC, with responsibility for the European business of CIBC and before that she was President, Merchant Banking. She has also been a director of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan board and National Bank of Canada. Ms. Denham is a member of the board of Kinaxis Inc. (where she is a member of the compensation committee and the nominating and governance committee). She was also a member of the Canadian Pacific Railway Limited from September 2016 to April 2024 (where she was also a member of the audit and finance committee and the management resources and compensation committee) and the Task Force on the Future of Securities Regulation in Canada. Ms. Denham holds an HBA from the University of Western Ontario School of Business Administration and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Eric Lamarre

Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company

Eric Lamarre is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, currently based out of their Boston office, and has been at McKinsey for the past 30 years. He advises global Fortune 500 companies on their most significant business priorities, and is globally known for his expertise in digital and AI, also being a best-selling author on the subject. Clients seek Mr. Lamarre’s expertise not only in digital and AI, but also in productivity improvements, risk management and merger integrations.

Eric serves on McKinsey’s key governance committees including McKinsey’s global board of directors, and its Technology and Knowledge committee. He also serves as the Chair of McKinsey’s global Acquisition Committee, overseeing dozens of acquisitions per year. He previously led McKinsey Digital in North America, one of McKinsey’s largest operating units with 2,000+ professionals and a multi-billion P&L.

Mr. Lamarre holds a B.Eng from McGill University, an MA and Ph.D. in engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs (Paris). He is the 2023 recipient of the Gluck Lifetime Award, McKinsey’s most prestigious innovation award conferred yearly to one McKinsey partner for his/her exceptional lifetime contributions to developing client service innovations and building new firm capabilities, and author of 30+ business and scientific publications. He currently sits on the board of directors of AlloProf, an organization focused on K-12 academic success, and of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation.
