Coveo Wins TSIA STAR Award for Innovation in Support, Employee Experience and Loyalty

This award recognizes the Support Services organization that has successfully launched a support employee experience and/or loyalty program

Coveo, the industry leader in search and intelligence SaaS solutions, today announced that it has won the 2020 TSIA STAR Award for Innovation in Support Employee Experience and Loyalty. For 30 years, the STAR Awards have been one of the highest honors in the technology and services industry, recognizing commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership, and excellence.

Winning this award required undergoing a rigorous evaluation process. The winner is required to “highlight their strong focus on employees, employee engagement, employee emotional connection to the company, and their employee’s drive to be engaged with customers in a meaningful way.” Multiple factors are considered, including the business, employee, and customer impact of initiatives taken to improve the employee experience for Support resources.

Coveo was recognized for the team’s focus on the numerous employee experience initiatives deployed by the technical support team in the areas of recognition, onboarding, career pathing, knowledge management and overall engagement.

In addition to its present accomplishments, Coveo was also recognized for its commitment to continuous improvement through the creation of a new Internal Development Program Manager role, investments in offering career development opportunities to team members, and further refinement of its Continuous Improvement Program.
