Coveo Impact 2019 Award Winners Showcase Excellence in Innovation with Coveo Platform
Dell, Tableau, Xero and Perficient Win at Coveo Impact 2019
Coveo announced today that four organizations, Dell, Tableau, Xero and Perficient, received awards recognizing their organizations’ successful and innovative implementations of Coveo, at Coveo Impact 2019.

This year, Dell received the Coveo Industry Leaders Award. The Dell team, led by Bit Rambusch, Vice President – Dell Technologies Services, implemented Coveo to improve digital self-service and knowledge management as a best practices model of analytics for continuous improvement.
Tableau, a leading data analytics and visualization platform, received this year’s Coveo Impact Award. The Tableau team, led by Dave Jobling, Senior Program Manager, User Experience,demonstrated highly proficient usage of the Coveo platform, as well as advanced problem-solving and leadership that had a clear and measurable business impact on the bottom line. With their Coveo solution, Tableau improved their customer experience with significant savings in support costs after launching Coveo on the public website, technical support site and customer portal.

Xero, the emerging global leader of online accounting software, received this year’s Coveo Innovators Award. A customer since 2016, the Xero team, led by Nigel Piper, Executive General Manager, Customer Success, implemented Coveo across their public website, their support site - Xero Central - and integrated Coveo inside their cloud-based application. Through the trailblazing and creative use of their Coveo solution, Xero delivered relevant and unprecedented end-to-end experiences for users that reduced the cost-to-serve while their customer base doubled.
“Xero’s implementation of Coveo has continued to exceed expectations and key success measures, first aiding internal support agents to now helping educate and support our more than 1.8 million subscribers at speeds and accuracy we had previously only dreamed of,” said Piper. “We’re very excited by our results after transforming our customer experience with Coveo.”
Lastly, Perficient, a leading digital transformation consulting firm, received this year’s Coveo Accelerator Award for their deep knowledge and technical expertise in delivering innovative solutions and value-driven business outcomes for Coveo clients. By bringing Coveo AI-powered search and recommendations to Fortune 1000 customers, Perficient improved customer experiences, drove operational efficiency, achieved cost savings, and delivered revenue performance.
