As a product manager who deeply understands developers, you’ll leverage your expertise to facilitate the creation of technical products that not only empower and enhance the developer experience, but also meet the needs of our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build products that serve both audiences effectively.
Here is what you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the evolution of the developer experience product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and OKRs.
- Drive product innovation, from conceptualizing features to launching impactful solutions, while balancing developer needs with business objectives, and manage the product lifecycle, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with engineering teams to align product goals with technical capabilities and ensure product features meet user expectations.
- Evangelize the DX vision internally and externally, fostering trust and excitement around new product features and solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between developers, design teams, and other product managers to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality developer tools.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 7+ years of product management experience with a strong understanding of development best practices, the software development life cycle, and developer workflows, combined with expertise in delivering products that enhance developer productivity and experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with development teams, product designers, and business units, within a larger product management organization, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps and deliver features that meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product goals and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment across teams.
Here is what will make you stand out:
- Deep knowledge of design system and UI component libraries and their impact on end-user experiences.
- Familiarity with managing large-scale alignment efforts and stakeholder coordination in cross-functional projects.
- Passion for developer advocacy and involvement in external developer communities.
- Experience in a white-label or enterprise product environment.
