Interested in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions through impactful partnerships? Coveo is expanding and seeks a dynamic Senior Partner Manager. 

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships in North America, you will lead initiatives to empower partners and drive expansion with Coveo’s cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with key SIs and GSIs across their sales cycles, you’ll advocate for AI-powered search solutions, positioning Coveo at the forefront of innovation. 

This role offers a fast-paced, highly visible opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the future success of Coveo’s Alliances and Partnerships team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Build, develop, and execute a North American SI & GSI partner plan while collaborating with the international alliances team to expand Coveo's reach.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish relationships with key stakeholders at high-impact SIs/GSIs, co-developing joint strategic plans with revenue targets for both software and services.
  • Expand Partner Ecosystem: Identify new sales opportunities with partners, grow the Coveo practice within SI/GSIs, and nurture partner pipelines to ensure it becomes sales ready.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and sales to create and implement co-marketing plans, including events and activities, while collaborating with product teams and SI/GSIs on potential industry accelerators.
  • Enable Partner Success: Ensure training and certification for partner teams (sales to delivery), drive partner success in implementation services, and regularly engage with SI/GSI user groups.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 8+ years experience in a similar Alliances & Partnerships role in enterprise SaaS, ideally with an understanding of e-commerce, service and/or search.
  • Extensive experience working within the SI/GSI ecosystem and/or developing/managing GSI partnerships  (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Slalom, Capgemini  etc.).
  • A track record of creating and executing successful partner/alliance strategies and plans, including expanding practices within a SI/GSI and exceeding both referral and bookings targets. • Self-starter with a strong independent, entrepreneurial spirit.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
