As the Director of Product Experience (design), you will play a critical role in evolving how our end-users are interacting and using the Coveo platform, ensuring they are unlocking the full potential of the platform and achieving their objectives with Coveo. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP Products, and collaborate closely with product management and engineering leaders to drive user-centricity in the development of all Coveo products.
With your leadership, the team will simplify every interaction our customers have with the platform, and drive an intuitive self-service experience integrating the out-of-the-box core elements with the customizable building blocks designed to meet their specified needs.
Key responsibilities:

3. Documentation
- Lead the development of all user-facing documentation, including but not limited to user manuals, help guides, onboarding tutorials, and API documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and accuracy.
- Create content that resonates with both technical and non-technical users, breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials that enhance the customer experience for users such as platform administrators and super users, developers, and integration partners.
What will qualify you for the role:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, crafting exceptional user experiences and demonstrating significant industry impact, supported by a robust portfolio and case studies.
- 5+ years of leadership and people management experience, with the proven ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team of talents from designers, developers to API writers.
- A strong capacity to influence and build relationships across the organization. Your self determination and drive allow you to secure buy-in from the most skeptical of stakeholders.
What would make you stand out:
- You are a leader who values collaboration and actively listens to incorporate feedback from diverse teams and customers alike, ensuring that every voice contributes to the collective success.
- You like to keep your hands-on skills sharp and have the ability to assist the team as an IC when the situation calls for it.
