Are you a storyteller with a strategic approach? As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Coveo’s Service & Knowledge Team, you will represent our Platform - shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy to attract new customers and bring a compelling voice to our AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will lead our bi-annual product launches, collaborate on how we manage ongoing releases, and help to build programs that keep a pulse on market and competitive activity.
You’ll play a key role in connecting with customers and partners, positioning Coveo as the preferred choice, and aligning internal teams with market needs. Come join us to amplify our impact!
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with our Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Alliances teams and other Product Marketers to develop personas, market insights, and competitive intelligence for different use cases.
- Craft and deliver go-to-market messaging at webinars and industry events that highlights Coveo’s differentiators and resonates with target customers.
- Partner with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to create integrated programs that build pipeline with audience-specific messaging.
- Create impactful customer-facing assets that convey our key solution messages, products, and capabilities.
- Lead enablement sessions and provide materials for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and our partners network to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and conversions.
- Maintain a feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer insights, industry analyst feedback, and market data to refine our product strategy and roadmap.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
- Experience in B2B software product marketing, with a track record of driving go-to-market strategy with product management, sales, and marketing teams, including product launches.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive marketing content for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and the ability to align multiple stakeholders across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience at an enterprise technology company, particularly in search, content management, or document management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore is a strong plus.
