As our ServiceNow Architect, you will:
- Design and implement custom modules, workflows, and advanced automations tailored to Coveo’s needs.
- Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft AD, Jira).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (such as IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement) to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded within the platform’s architecture.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop scalable solutions.
- Share expertise with team members to foster skill development and innovation within the team.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar advanced technical role.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex ServiceNow projects autonomously, from conception to implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience with Jira Sprint Management.
What will make you stand out:
- A fast learner, with the curiosity to understand the “why” behind processes and deliver the best solutions for our teams.
- Strong skills in creating and updating technical and process documentation.
- Experience with ITIL practices and frameworks.
- Knowledge of ITOM and ITBM is a strong asset.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
