Our Human Resources team is looking for an intern to organize and migrate our content so it’s more accessible for our team and Coveo employees. As a key pillar of our organization, the HR team takes care of everything from attracting and hiring top talent, to onboarding new team members, answering HR-related questions, providing career guidance, and so much more. They’re dedicated to supporting our employees every step of the way as Coveo continues to grow!

Do you have a talent for project management and an interest in human resources for a technology company? The role is the perfect opportunity for you to learn, contribute and grow within a passionate and dynamic team.

What your typical day would look like:

  • You start your morning by immersing yourself in a review of our current documentation process. In Notion, you organize and structure resources so that they are clear and accessible. You identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize the way we do things.
  • You then work on creating standardized templates for key documents, like job descriptions and hiring manager debriefs. To refine these tools, you meet with the team and discuss their current pain points. 
  • After lunch, you research our top competitors and analyze how they position themselves in comparison to Coveo. You review how they position departments and various types of roles.
  • Next you take this information and transform it into battlecards to equip our recruiting team. You share your findings with the team and suggest concrete ways of integrating them into our strategies.
  • You end the day by meeting with our HR Insights team to share your findings and brainstorm ways that we can improve our documentation so that it’s clear and accessible for fellow HR team members and for Coveo employees. 

Here's what will qualify you for the role:

  • Currently studying in Business or any related field.
  • You have strong organizational skills with a knack for creating structure and mapping processes effectively.
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions.
  • You have strong communication and writing skills in both English and French. The team works with stakeholders across the globe! 
  • You excel at problem-solving and always look for ways to improve processes with fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

  • You are passionate about empowering and supporting people.
  • You enjoy conducting research and analyzing information to produce valuable insights.
  • You have prior experience with Notion or any similar tool.
  • You have a strong interest for recruitment practices.

In-person
This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.

Remote
We hire from all over the world because the diversity of backgrounds fuels our continuous innovation. Our benefits will enable you to work comfortably from home, but you may be required to travel to attend our in-person team-building events.
