If You’re Not Using Coveo To Make Personalizing Your Website Easier, It’s Time To Take A Closer Look.
Website personalization: the holy grail of digital marketers. Everyone dreams of having a website that tailors the message and offers to the visitor’s journey because we know this drives conversions. And you’ve already made the wise investment to transform your website using Sitecore in order to achieve this.
But in reality, as most of us have found, this level of personalization at scale is hard. Really hard. As a marketing professional myself, I know how difficult it is to get your marketing technology stack to deliver the results you were expecting. It always seems to end up being more challenging or resource intensive than anticipated, or requires a team of expensive developers.
Now, Coveo is making website personalization even easier, with our new Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework. And as someone who has often been in your shoes, I’m incredibly excited about this, and for good reason. For more information for your developer team, read this blog post from Sitecore MVP and Product Manager Simon Langevin.
At Coveo, we’ve dedicated considerable resources and investment into making personalization at scale easier to make sure that all of your thousands, or even millions, of website visitors see relevant content that engages them and drives them to the outcomes you’re looking for, whether that’s completing an online shopping purchase or downloading the right content asset.
That’s nothing new, as we’ve always offered a tightly integrated AI-powered search solution for Sitecore that leverages machine learning and usage analytics in order to point visitors to the right content and make relevant recommendations based on what others just like them have found the most interesting.
What is new with our latest release of Coveo for Sitecore 4.1 is our Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework, a set of easily customizable user interface (UI) components that allow the business user or marketer (that’s me and you folks) to customize the search experience to suit our business or customer needs.
That means that you can easily create beautiful, engaging website search pages and design a customer experience that reflects your brand and style. And you can do it within your marketing team, in most cases without the onerous development cycle that often hampers your ability to make website changes quickly to respond to changing market conditions.
When you layer this new, flexible UI capability on top of our already extensive integration into Sitecore, including the ability to leverage Coveo Machine Learning to automatically get the best possible results from Sitecore’s Experience Database, you get a marketing personalization engine like never before. It’s easy, powerful and delivers results.
And while you may not get excited about the technical details, your IT colleagues and web management team will. The new Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework components are all cacheable out of the box and reduce the amount of resources needed on a page load. This means that your search pages will be fast and performant, which is all part of delivering a truly excellent overall customer experience on your website.
And we all know that great online customer experiences typically lead to better conversions and engagement, all of which makes me much happier as a marketer.
All of these innovations were inspired by people just like you. Our customers and partners, facing similar challenges to yours, told us exactly what they needed to be successful at making website personalization truly work.
The result is the new Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework, which rounds out our Coveo for Sitecore solution, enabling marketers like you and I to get the most out of our Sitecore investment and helping elevate it from a CMS to a true marketing platform. Moreover, by making personalization easier at scale, we can start seeing those conversions and improved website outcomes we’re banking on.
Find out more about what it means for your developer team with this blog post from our product team. We’ll be debuting our new Coveo for Sitecore release 4.1, including the Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework, at the Sitecore Symposium this fall, and we’ll be showcasing it in demos at the event, and well as on our regular monthly demo webinars, which we invite you to join if you’d like to learn more.
