Karl Blot is Manager of the HR Systems & Shared Services teams and leader of the Inclusion Committee at Coveo. Having a constant connection with people and finding ways to improve HR operations is what he likes most about his role at Coveo. He started his career working for Air Canada, moved to consumer technology working for Apple, and finally, found his calling in the software industry with Coveo 5 years ago. Karl’s passion for HR is only rivaled by his love of Apple products. To say he’s a fanboy is a understatement!
