This year, our commitment to our people and our community stood out thanks to:
- Our Giving back program – Over the past year, Coveo employees dedicated 1,600+ volunteer hours on company time to get involved in their local communities. We also offer two paid days off per year to volunteer and match charitable donations up to $1,000 per employee.
- Our flexible, together approach – From hybrid work days to transit subsidies that make commuting easier, we strive to provide flexibility. Onsite, our employees enjoy a game lounge (foosball, pool, ping pong, video games), various spaces to collaborate and free access to an on-site fitness center.
- The support offered to new parents – We offer maternity and parental leave top-ups, flexible unpaid leave extensions, and on-site daycare services in our Quebec City office to support a smooth transition back to work.
