Our internship program isn’t just a stepping stone—it’s the start of a promising career. Three times a year, interns join our various teams and embark on a journey of learning and growth. From the moment they arrive, they’re provided with the Coveo30, a personalized guide filled with resources to help them succeed and navigate their first 30 days at the company. They are also paired with a mentor and a buddy to ensure a smooth and successful integration.

Skills development doesn’t stop after the first few weeks. Young talents have access to continuous learning and growth opportunities through Level Up, our internal learning platform. They can explore courses related to their current roles or dive into skills from other departments.

Our internship program is built on two key pillars:

Investing in the next generation has long been a tradition at Coveo. Since 2011, we’ve organized the Coveo Blitz, an annual hackathon where teams of students develop AI bots in just 10 hours. Each team is guided by an experienced employee, giving participants a chance to experience workplace collaboration while tackling an exciting challenge. This event embodies the culture of pushing boundaries and innovation that is present throughout our internship program.
