Mathieu Fortier

Mathieu is the Director of Machine Learning for our Service line of business. Prior to joining Coveo at the end of 2021, he spent the previous 3 years at Element AI / ServiceNow. He has 10 years of experience doing data science and natural language processing in the industry, with a background in both engineering and law. He spends most of his time obsessing over hypotheses and experiment journals results, listening to jazz, cycling and traveling.
