Adam has been in the Customer Success industry since 2014, and has worked at SaaS companies in US healthcare and supply chain data sustainability before joining Coveo. He is one of our Sr Managers of Customer Success and leads our remote high touch Sr CSMs. Adam constantly seeks to connect with like-minded Customer Success Professionals who share a passion for the industry, and has a fascination with CS Operations. He enjoys travelling, photography, and spending time with his family.
